Data Ownership: Clients retain ownership of all data they provide to Intellios. Intellios may use the data solely to provide revenue cycle management services to the clients and will not share, sell, or transfer the data to outside parties.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, clients agree to pay any fees due for services provided up to the date of termination.
Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Intellios and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of our revenue cycle management services.
By using our revenue cycle management services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Intellios may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
